I need new surroundings. I have not left my apartment in over a week and I am going crazy. I know I need to see the positive side and appreciate that I have my own lovely home that I can stay in and I have the lovely Thomas who is constantly running around after me and my mummy stayed with me and looked after me and is the best nurse ever. And I do, I really do. I am so grateful.
But I am also going crazy.
I want to be able to carry a glass of water to the couch.
I want to be able to wash the dishes.
I want to be able to sleep at night without waking up worrying about whether I have enough cushions under my knee.
I want to shower standing up.
I want to walk.

Bits of my weekend.

My weekend has been quiet and relaxing.
I bought my dress for Mum's wedding. I hope you like it Mum!
Lots of sleeping, falling asleep on the couch and being put to bed on 2 nights!
Watching lots of tennis and crushing on Federer.
Overdoing it at the gym and having a sore knee all weekend.
Doing a photoshoot with Sarah and experimenting with different lighting - lots of fun!
Speaking to a friend about everything she is going through and realising how lucky I am.
To top it all off our favourite soccer ref told me this afternoon that he thinks Tom and are wonderful together.
Made my day.

Here Comes the Sun

Yesterday afternoon Sarah modeled for me all afternoon in and around Norman Park.
She was a very obliging, natural model and it was wonderful practice for me playing in the afternoon sunlight.

In the Bedroom

I love trying to capture moments of intimacy and the true beauty of relationships, family and friends. I took a series of photos of Tom and I fooling around in bed, just cuddling and reading and being together.
